OCTO GROUP was established in 2002 with the vocation to sum up knowledge and resources in the scope of the real estate development. The participant partners have gathered extended experience, since the beginning of the 80’s in the province of Barcelona, covering such diverse fields as property development, construction, engineering and architecture. Our projects combine a functional design and high quality with clear vocation to respect the surrounding and the environment.

Since 2004 OCTO GROUP is present in Wroclaw (Poland) focusing its activity on the development of industrial and residential estates. With this new platform in Central Europe, the group wants to consolidate a project based on the business opportunities offered by the newly admitted Member States of the European Community.
